**1. Eligibility:**
- This prize draw is open to UK residents who are 16 years of age or older who attend the CIPD ACE in Manchester on either 8th or 9th November 2023.
- Employees, their immediate family members, and affiliates of SiSU Health UK are not eligible to participate.
**2. Entry Requirements:**
- To enter, participants must post a photo on their public LinkedIn and Twitter/X social media account with the hashtag #CIPDhealthcheck.
- The photo must include visibility of a SiSU Health Station (a backdrop frame is available at stand H30 for use if required).
- Participants should ensure their post is visible to the public, not just their friends or followers.
**3. Entry Period:**
- The prize draw entry period starts on 8th November 2023 and ends on 10th November 2023.
**4. Prize:**
- The prize for this draw is a 2-week SiSU Healthy Workforce Snapshot package for your business within the UK to be utilised by December 31st 2023
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value
- SiSU Health UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
**5. Winner Selection:**
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified through the social media platform where they posted the photo and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
**6. Privacy and Usage Rights:**
- By entering the prize draw, participants grant SiSU Health UK the right to share and use their photo for marketing and promotional purposes.
**7. General Conditions:**
- SiSU Health UK reserves the right to modify or terminate the prize draw at any time for any reason.
- SiSU Health UK is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
